Data Center CoordinatorJob Summary The Data Center Operations Facilitator is responsible on a daily basis for providing administrative support to the Operations team to allow their time to be better devoted to the day-to-day running of the business and to meet SLA's.
The Facilitator supports a campus of data centres across an assigned location with various administrative tasks and ensures the facilities are well maintained.
Responsibilities Coordinate consistent office management functions across all Data Centers within the assigned campus in line with national standardsBuild positive working relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the businessManage stakeholder expectations and juggle conflicting deadlinesConsider and initiate opportunities for process improvementSupport the AU Operations Support team to facilitate effective administration and office operating proceduresEffectively manage and track spend across key budget categories within assigned campus under guidance of AU Operations Support teamSupport the AU Operations Support team with presentation of updates and statistics on campus activitiesConsistently coordinate daily operational procurement requirements across assigned campusConsistently coordinate and prepare monthly customer reporting requirements across assigned campus to a high level of attention to detail and within expected timeframesCollaborate with technical and administrative stakeholders, internally and externally, to resolve issues and ensure accuracy of customer reportsSupport Data Center Manager with ad hoc reports and projects as requiredCoordinate training activities for local Operations teams across assigned campusProvide support on Operations and company-wide events across multiple locations when neededProactively resolve or escalate issues requiring attentionChampion best practice initiatives across campus to support business strategy (e.g.
