We have a fantastic opportunity for a Data Business Analyst to join the Lendlease Digital team on a permanent basis.
The Data Business Analyst will produce and implement business-aligned data strategies (within existing Digital data & analytics policies, processes and governance) and prioritised BI Roadmaps from which the Investment Management, Development, and Construction Businesses can then leverage analytics services to perform internal benchmarking, and drive insights to support investment, customer, and operational strategies.
Responsibilities:Work closely with defined stakeholders (these may be Business, Digital, Vendor or external partner) to:research, collate, analyse and refine customer requirements and validate key business challenges and questions;liaise with other Digital teams (D&A, Cloud, Architecture etc) to ensure alignment between business priorities and Digital roadmaps;Identify and map data sources, data lineage, data flows, and dependencies across multiple systems of record;Develop and maintain data models and data concepts;Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including data dictionaries, to define business terms and ensure a shared understanding of data definitions and usage;Communicate key insights and findings to technology teams and the business to ensure that design decisions and business requirements are aligned;Design and maintain a data strategy for each Business segment which defines business issues and primary objectives of data strategy, adhering to Digital Data & Analytics and Data Governance standards;Create a BI roadmap that aligns with strategic IDC objectives and focuses on delivering defined priorities.About You:You will be a forward-thinking individual who has a desire to learn, you will also:
