We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Data Business Analyst with a strong background in data mapping, modelling, and extraction using SQL. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our client's data-driven decision-making processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and engaging stakeholders to deliver insights that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.Perform data mapping and analysis to identify relevant data sources.Develop and maintain data models to support business needs.Utilize SQL as the primary tool for data extraction and transformation.Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency.Create clear and comprehensive documentation of data processes and models.Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize data-related requirements.Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable manner.Proactively identify data issues and recommend solutions.Support data governance and compliance initiatives.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Data Science).Proven experience as a Data Business Analyst or similar role.Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Extensive knowledge of data modelling techniques and tools.Experience with data mapping and data integration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Healthcare industry experience (preferred but not required).Position Type: Contract (3 months) with the potential for extension.We keep you connected to the best businesses and opportunities in the IT marketplace.
