About theRole Thisposition plays a key role in the understanding, documentation,maintenance, control, and planning for our technology andapplications landscape and is responsible for ensuring all levelsof data architecture (business, conceptual, logical, physical, andtechnical) are defined, implemented managed in accordance with thecustomer Data Strategy and Information ManagementStandards.
TheData Architect position combines strong technical knowledge,evaluation, scientific, interpretation, strategic / criticalthinking, and interpersonal competencies, and is responsible at thehigh level for determining database structural requirements byanalysing operations and applications and creating an architecturalblueprint to meet current and future businessrequirements.
AboutYou Ourideal applicant will have demonstrated high level of skills andexperience in the contributing to the development and management ofa corporate Enterprise Architecture within a largemulti-disciplinary organisation, including Finance, EnterpriseAsset Management and Works Management, Property and Rating,Spatial/GIS, Records Management and Human Resources.
Be a subject matter expert indatabase technologies, methodologies, data modelling and bestpractice data management with proven experience with DataWarehouses and BI tools with demonstrated knowledge of Oracle andMicrosoft SQL Server databases .
