Salary: $103,333 – $113,667 Location: Darwin or Alice Springs About the Opportunity The Data and Systems Business Partner is responsible for delivering multiple data programs and services across the organisation and provides high quality advice, expertise, and leadership across critical programs to influence outcomes and uplift performance in relation to Data and Systems at NT PHN.
The role is required to manage a portfolio of projects to design and implement robust reporting across NT PHN to meet the needs of various teams, external bodies including funders, and the Executive and Board.
It is responsible for leading consultation across diverse groups, for the provision of expert advice and guidance relating to data and analytics, and for maintaining excellent relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The role also supervises the Data Analyst and provides support, guidance, coaching, and mentorship to employees and external stakeholders as directed by the Program Lead.
Skills and Experience: Knowledge or training equivalent to a minimum of an undergraduate degree and/or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Demonstrated advanced technical knowledge and/or experience in a technical based data team environment.
Demonstrated experience in managing a portfolio of data projects across a range of teams in a challenging environment.
Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills, and experience in uplifting the knowledge and capabilities of non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence decision making and lead individuals and groups effectively to make critical decisions.
Ability to work independently and effectively, demonstrating clear accountability, a goal-setting mindset, and advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated strong ability in conveying technical messaging to non-technical audiences.
Advanced technical skills in Power BI, Excel, and DAX.
