FOUR PAWS Australia is seeking an experienced Data & Supporter Services Lead to join our team. In this critical role, you will manage our Database & Supporter Services Team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, security, and strategic use of our data. You will help enhance supporter engagement and support our fundraising and communication efforts, ultimately enabling us to help more animals globally.
Your contribution will be Data Systems ManagementOverseeing Salesforce CRM and ensuring data quality, integrity, and governanceImplementing improvements to database processes, overseeing resolution of technical issues and collaborating with internal and external stakeholdersGuiding on production of regular reports monitoring supporter behaviour, campaign performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Ensuring effective integration between databases and other systems, and guiding on targeted communications and supporter segmentationData Privacy & ComplianceEnsuring compliance with current data privacy standards and legislation, including PCI-DSSMaintaining secure methodologies for data transfer & management and ensuring all systems comply with best practice data security standardsLeading the Supporter Services Team to deliver exceptional supporter serviceDeveloping and overseeing processes, ensuring efficient and compliant handling of donations, supporter correspondence, and inbound/outbound communicationsCoaching Supporter Service Team and database users with regular trainingDevelopment & Project ManagementLeading planning and project management for the Data and Supporter Services TeamContributing to the development of data-led fundraising strategies and participating in global discussions on supporter services and data managementFostering a cohesive and effective team, providing leadership and trainingLeading on the recruitment and performance of staff and volunteers for the Data and Supporter Services TeamYour profile ideally illustrates Demonstrated experience managing and overseeing CRM databases in a not-for-profit environment (Salesforce experience highly regarded)Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance (including PCI-DSS)Proven leadership managing teams to deliver supporter-centric servicesExcellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and external suppliersExperience in reporting and data analysis to drive strategic decision-makingProactive in identifying areas for improvement with data-led approach to solution implementationPrevious experience with Marketing Cloud, Apsona, Form Assembly, Experience Cloud, SQL and coding appreciated but not requiredPassion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and missionOur offer includes The opportunity to truly contribute to global animal welfareFamily-friendly working arrangements and flexible working timesHybrid working model with the option of partial remote workThe opportunity to join a passionate and dedicated team, work in a collaborative environment, and contribute to meaningful and lasting impact on global animal welfare outcomesA multinational team with the spirit of being ONE FOUR PAWSModern leadership culture and promotion of training measuresExtra family days at the end of the yearWe reveal, rescue and protect unique animals from many different species through systems change and by creating species-appropriate environments at our sanctuaries!
