Our team is growing and we are currently seeking applications for the position of Data and Process Analyst on a Full Time permanent basis. This role can be based either at our Macquarie Park (Sydney) or South Brisbane offices.

The Data and Process Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting data-related activities in P&C systems such as Chris21/Ichris, HR21 and UKG (Kronos), such as data cleansing, processing and management. The role will also be responsible for reviewing, documenting and supporting the improvement of processes.

The Position:

Collaborate with team members to review and analyse current business process.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, clarify processes, and ensure accurate process documentation
Document workflows, processes and procedures to improve transparency and standardisation – through process maps, SOPs and user guides.
Assist in identifying and documenting gaps between current and desired state processes.
Regular maintenance of dashboards using PowerBI
Perform routine data validation and integrity checks to ensure data is accurate.
Extraction of data using multiple systems (such as Chris21 and UKG)
Work closely with other team member and stakeholders to provide data insights and address data-related issues

Minimum Criteria:

At least 2 years plus experience in data cleaning and maintaining data quality and business process analysis and documentation.


Proficient with SQL, PowerBI, Excel and Visio
Familiarity with People System data is beneficial (any enterprise level payroll and T&A systems like Chris21, SAP, ADP, Workday, UKG, etc)


Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Effective time management and organisational skills.


Collaborative team player able to take direction where needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
