About the job Join our Operations team and help shape the future by enhancing data, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities. A strong performance framework is key to improving operational delivery, benefiting both our customers and employees.
This 2-year Maximum Term role as a Data & Performance Analyst will support the standardisation of operational data management practices, driving improvements in performance, quality, and compliance. Your work will foster a data-driven culture, enabling better decision-making across the asset operations lifecycle. By contributing to the development and management of the operational performance framework, you'll help our delivery teams understand their performance and drive continuous improvement to exceed customer expectations.
In addition, your responsibilities will include: Lead performance reporting and analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and optimise product quality and process efficiency, collaborating with key stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement by reviewing performance measurement frameworks and operating targets. Implement consistent data management practices to align with enterprise data and technology strategies. Support operations teams in performance optimisation initiatives and deliver agreed improvements. Develop data analytics tools for proactive diagnosis of treatment performance issues. Train operations staff on digital field data capture and visualisation tools. Create and maintain documentation to ensure business continuity of operations data management. Provide stakeholders with access to reliable, trusted data sources across operations. Your success in this role will come from: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science or similar disciplines. Solid interpersonal skills and an ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders. Advanced data analytics capability and familiarity of data analytics tools and techniques including R and Python. Experience in handling large volumes of data and providing analysis of the data to inform effective business decisions. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and to work autonomously and as part of a team. Proven problem solving and analytical skills and abilities.
