Due to a data backlog, they are currently looking for a Data Specialist to support them on a contract basis for a minimum of 3 months.
In this role, you will play a vital part in managing and maintaining accurate data related to the network development team. If you have a passion for detail and a knack for organisation and are looking for a part-time opportunity, we would love to hear from you!
DUTIES Gather, organise and analyse data from various sourcesInput relevant information into Excel documents that integrate with Word templatesWork closely with cross-functional teams, to support data-driven decision-making.Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and company policies regarding data usage.Address questions or requests for clarification from stakeholders SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Strong knowledge of DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, MS SharePoint, MS File ExplorerProven experience in data entry, document management, or a related administrative role.Excellent attention to detailPrevious experience in a similar indsutry.Strong Maill Merger skills.Proven experience with solid stakeholder management.
