About the role Design, develop, implement and maintain Power BI reports, including administration tasks (e.g., adding, maintaining, and removing user accounts).Design, maintain and enhance insights, reports analysis and dashboards that support the needs of the organisation.Respond to adhoc data requests and provide monthly reports.Undertake analysis at the direction of the unit manager.Design new Power BI reports and dashboards where needed and troubleshoot or amend the current ones appropriately.Respond to data requests using VCAT Azure Datawarehouse to extract data.Develop effective relationships with stakeholders, engaging and drawing out their needs and requirements to negotiate win-win outcomes in service delivery.Provide independent data quality checks for other staff members in the unit as needed.About you A bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant discipline area of information systems, statistics and/or mathematics is desirable.Highly developed knowledge and skills in designing and developing reports in Power BI.Extensive demonstrated experience of working in relational databases and Azure Datawarehouse.Ability to program in SQL.Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral.Knowledge of VCAT operations and policy is advantageous.How to apply Click the 'Apply Now' button, ensuring you include the following in your application:
