Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead and manage the overall project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor high-performing project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, business users, and technical teams.Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related technologies, including SAP ECC, FICO, SD, MM, PP, and HCM.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to minimize disruption and maximize the adoption of new processes and systems.Required Skills and Experience: Proven Track Record: At least 10 years of project delivery experience in SAP, with at least 3 successful SAP implementations.Leadership Excellence: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.Global Transformation: Experience in large-scale global transformation programs.SAP Methodology: In-depth knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Complex Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
