They seek a Data Analytics Specialist to support the Data and Insights team within the Future Students and Lifelong Learning Unit.
In this role, the specialist will develop robust measurement frameworks and solutions to optimize digital marketing performance and drive a transition to a data-driven marketing organization.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities: Investigate data to understand trends and drivers, collaborating with analysts and stakeholders for broader insights.Deliver ongoing product and digital performance analysis, tracking, and reporting.Lead and support projects related to business unit strategy, including growth, market entry, competitive intelligence, product development, and more.Support the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of measurement and experimentation frameworks.Analyze multiple data points to answer specific questions and ensure consistency in reporting.Utilize tools like Power BI and Adobe Analytics for measurement solutions.Build dashboards, data visualizations, and reports to assess digital campaign performance.Produce data reports and share insights from data sets, identifying trends.Support the quantitative design of business rules for a lead scoring framework and implement workflows for automated lead management.This role comes with the following benefits: Flexible workingAdditional 3 days of leave over the Christmas periodAccess to lifelong learning and career developmentProgressive HR practicesDiscounts and entitlementsThis role requires you to have: Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or data analysis, or equivalent experience.Proven data analytics skills with proficiency in complex data sets and analytical methods.Experience with analytics tools, especially Adobe Analytics.Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Outstanding communication skills, able to present technical information simply and tailored to the audience.Robust commercial acumen, able to identify issues or opportunities and create solutions.Creative problem-solving skills.You would benefit from having: Familiarity with CRM Databases.UNSW is committed to equity diversity and inclusion.
