About the role
Milwaukee is seeking a Data Analytics & Governance Manager to join the team. A newly created role within the Marketing team, it reports directly to our General Manager of Marketing.
The key purpose of the role is to is to manage business information and ensure its quality, security, and maintenance is in alignment with data governance principles and regulatory requirements.
The key responsibilities will include:
Conducting audits and monitoring data integrity and database structures Generating automated reports for various internal stakeholders Leading data initiatives and analysis, fostering collaboration across teams. Collaborating with subject matter experts and process owners to enhance data quality. Providing data literacy training and support to diverse audiences Safeguarding sensitive data and implement measures to mitigate data security risks Maintaining data privacy standards and ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations Developing and implementing data strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives Leading, developing and retaining talented individuals within your team as you grow your function About you
You present with a demonstrable track record in managing data analytics and business intelligence. You are experienced in:
Understanding all things data including analysis, reporting and analytics Managing data lifecycle processes or data value chains Technology and process improvement, and/or data projects Data management maturity models and various data management practices including data architecture, master data management, data quality, data governance, and data knowledge management Demonstrated ability to influence and solve complex problems Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Previous involvement in project teams Why Milwaukee?
