Create and manage a comprehensive data dictionary.
Document data fields, relationships, and business rules.
Data Extensions and Segmentation: Build and manage data extensions in Marketing Cloud.
Develop targeted audience segments for email marketing campaigns.
Optimise segmentation strategies based on user preferences and behaviour.
Data Quality Enhancement: Recommend best practices for improvements to the quality of data stored in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
Recommend improvements to data inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies.
Recommend best practices for data hygiene and maintenance.
Required Experience Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and ETL processes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business centric language.
