Data Analyst - Power Bi

Data Analyst required for an initial 5 month contract with 2 X 12-month contract extensions Your new company You will be working for a mid-sized Federal Government Department. Your new role As the Data Analyst, you will be utilising Power BI and SQL to extract insights from a range of data sources. You will be analysing the extracted data to communicate the findings to varied stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated experience analysing and producing findings to allow business users to understand the data. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills. Curation of data extracted from a SQL database The ability to communicate data through written briefings and communicate findings from analytics. Ability to use SQL to Extract Data from a SQL Data base Experience in using Power BI to present complex data in simple ways. You must be an Australian citizen and will possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a Baseline level personnel security clearance.
