This household brand is offering a professional team environment and above industry wages Job Description: The Optimisation Analyst will be primarily responsible for analysing, monitoring and configuring business rules and algorithms within the schedule optimisation engine.
The role will govern and drive continual improvement of automated schedule outcomes to maximise operational efficiencies and KPI outcomes across field and WOC.
Achievement of schedule automation is a key deliverable of the role and is enabled through the simulation of routing profiles via system test environment.
They will also be responsible for broader activities including: Creating and maintaining real time schedule reports/dashboards Governance of business rule or system configuration changes Generating reports identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies Detailed data analysis to identify blockages in terms systems and processes The Optimisation Analyst will actively liaise with all relevant WOC stakeholders, the Capacity Forecasting & Planning, Scheduling & Dispatch, Ops Control and SDP teams to seek and provide feedback on scheduling issues arising from the resource plan or schedule management.
They will provide recommendations, insights and feedback regarding potential changes/updates of routing configuration to improve auto-routing.
Any change of optimisation configuration must be simulated in the test environment and findings presented to relevant WOC leadership team members.
For substantial changes to configuration the Optimisation Analyst must lead the presentation of impacts and report to governance meetings with nbn to gain endorsement for change.
The Optimisation Analyst must have previous WFM solution experience, and also have comprehensive and broad-based knowledge in creating innovative IT solutions to workflow problems, including creation and presentation of high-velocity operational reporting to assist WOC achieve key performance outcomes.
The role requires strong knowledge of planning, scheduling and dispatch services and will need to proactively highlight risks to the business, and take action where able, or escalate appropriately where not.
