The day to day Leveraging AI-driven systems and technologies such as NLP, machine learning and deep learning in day to day tasks to optimise workflows and drive business outcomes.
Mentoring Data Analysts, in querying digital data, performing analyses, and presenting findings in a clear and understandable language.
Translating sophisticated business questions into analytical tasks and performing complex data, statistical and commercial analysis to understand how customer behaviour, product changes and adjustments to digital assets impact the Consumer business.
Prioritising, defining, and implementing tracking solutions across digital assets, ensuring that all critical aspects of sales and service customer journeys are captured.
Delivering findings back to the senior business partners to drive decision-making and contributing to the overall chapter delivery of business insights and recommendations to delivery against the business objectives.
Why you are our next Data Analyst Lead Proficient in harnessing AI tools and platforms to develop scalable solutions for complex challenges
Relevant qualifications and training in a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Statistics) and previous exposure in a variety of Digital Marketing, Digital Sales and/or Digital Service.
Proficiency in analytical techniques SQL &/or SAS coding skills complimented with advanced Excel, communication and presentation skills.
Solid understanding of data structure and data extraction and experience in a digital implementation environment.
Adaptive to change and results orientated with an attention to detail and accuracy.
