They are looking for someone in this role who can hit the ground running and add value to their highly motivated team.Job DescriptionData Analysis Leadership: Lead the design and execution of data analysis projects to support strategic initiatives.Data Visualisation: Create detailed and interactive dashboards and reports to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.Business Strategy Support: Work closely with senior management to provide data-driven insights that influence business decisions.Data Quality Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across various systems and sources.Tool Utilisation: Utilise tools such as Python, SQL, and Tableau to analyse and visualise data.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis processes, and overall efficiency.The Successful ApplicantExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of leading complex data projects.Technical Skills: Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.Communication Skills: Excellent ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders and senior management.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
