About the role: Capecare are seeking an experienced Data Analyst on a Full-time basis to support the collection, cleansing, and visualisation of data sets from multiple systems.
This role will work closely with all business units to ensure accurate data collection and workflows to facilitate continual business growth.
Access to our fantastic salary sacrifice of up to $18,500 (tax free)Competitive salary on offerOngoing training and opportunities for growthYou will be responsible for: Support the collections, cleansing and visualisations of data sets from multiple systemsDrive and help facilitate effective data collection across the business, providing recommendations to department mangers on improving data quality, budget restrictions, existing interfacing systems and opportunities to automate or improve.
Gather and clean data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Data transformation- converting data into a format that can be easily analysed.Data integration- Combining data from different sources and providing a unified view.
Assist business reporting by creating and maintaining dashboardsProvide analytical support for decision-making processes and strategic planningProvide subject matter expertise in the translation of complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Assist in undertaking business process reviews to enhance organisational effectiveness and improvement in data collectionIn consultation with the Executive Management Team participate in the development and maintenance of existing IS, providing recommendations for improvements to simplify and ensure fit for purpose.
To be successful in this role: Relevant tertiary experienceMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar roleExperience in aged care industry (Advantageous) Knowledge and experience in process improvement through technology.High level analytical and problem-solving skills.The ability to present complex information clearly.Capacity to work autonomously.Excellent attention to detail.Well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills essential to interact and build relationships.Ability to manage time efficiently and plan, prioritise tasks to meet required deadlinesCapecare is a values-driven organisation looking to attract an individual who has a real passion for the Aged Care industry providing exceptional care to our clients.
