The Role
The Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering data and insights, facilitating data-driven decision-making and generating insights that lead to measurable business outcomes.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Supporting the development and delivery of dashboard reporting against KPIs, operational performance, and social impact reporting;Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate, visually intuitive reporting, conducting post-implementation reviews, maintaining social impact and customer satisfaction reporting, and designing interactive dashboards using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and M Language; andEnsuring CRM data accuracy, providing guidance to end-users, and contributing to process improvements, while supporting the team's financial and workforce management targets.About You
To be considered for this position, you will have the following skill set:
Prior experience in data analytics, BI domain skills and reporting is essential coupled with the ability to liaise with a variety of internal stakeholders;A solid understanding of business intelligence concepts and practices, reporting including Data Warehousing, Data Analytics and Data Science; andExcellent verbal and written communication skills.What's on Offer
