About the Role
In this role, you'll be pivotal in enhancing our data capabilities by developing and implementing analytics solutions that meet our business requirements. Key duties will include:
Develop and maintain reports using SSRS, SQL, Excel and Power BI including updating existing reports to meet changing business needs;Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all reporting content is accurate and captured in a timely manner. Support the implementation of a new BI reporting solution including reconciliation, testing and support of the roll out to end users;Continually improve data quality, and collation of data to ensure accurate output for reporting;Continually improve and optimise on the data model that feeds into the reporting solutions to meet the flexibility, usability, and performance requirements;Conduct requirement gathering meetings and workshop sessions with stakeholders to deliver continuous business process improvements and efficiencies;Draft documentation to support ongoing projects including specifications and design documents; andMaintain existing registers and documentation. 27th March, 2024 HG is actively pursuing digital transformation and we're enthusiastic about expanding our expertise in data and analytics. To be successful in this role, you will be proficient in data analysis and reporting tools including SQL, SSRS and Excel, along with knowledge of data warehousing and data models. You will have highghly developed attention to detail, analytical and conceptual skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
You will be organised with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. You will have effective written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to interpret financial and non-financial data, and enjoy working independently and in a team environment.
Experience in Power BI, DAX, PowerApps and Power Automate skills will be highly regarded, as will experience in Aderant or Elite.
