What you'll be doing Join our team as a Data Analyst and make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be part of Corpay Data Centre for Excellence, working together with data scientists, ML engineers, and data engineers. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork and innovation. You will be working closely with our cross-functional teams and business leaders to drive strategic decision-making across multiple regions, including the UK, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive strategic decisions. Partner with business teams to understand their unique data needs, providing timely and insightful ad hoc analysis that supports informed decision-making. Support innovation by assisting in the creation of data pipelines and automation processes that enhance efficiency in data collection and preparation. Work alongside data scientists, contributing essential data inputs for modelling, experimentation, and innovation. Empower business teams by developing and maintaining user-friendly dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key metrics and trends. Document analytical processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure clarity, reproducibility, and knowledge sharing across teams. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, along with 4+ years of experience delivering measurable value through data in a commercial setting. Proficiency in SQL for complex data queries and analysis. Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis, automation, and visualization (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, etc.). Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to create impactful insights. Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical data findings into meaningful business insights. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A detail-oriented, self-starter who thrives on integrity, initiative, and results. Would be great if you have: MS in STEM field, plus 3+ years delivering value through data in a commercial environment. Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and data lake/warehousing. Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and experience supporting data scientists in model development. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
