Data analyst OR Data Professional required in Perth region for a global operator, working in the field of Engineering Asset Maintenance and Reliability. Expected duration of this role to be a minimum of 12 months.

Crystalise has deep Asset Management expertise across Australia and internationally and is continuing to expand its geographic reach.  This role provides an exciting opportunity to be a key player and contributor in the areas of Asset Management, Maintenance Engineering and Reliability Engineering.
You will support the development & implementation of asset management systems, processes, performance improvements and be client interfacing. 
Key responsibilities (include but not limited to): Analyse datasets from various sources to identify key patterns and trends related to equipment reliability and performance.Design, optimise, and maintain databases to support data analysis, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Collaborate with engineers to develop preventive maintenance models.Present data-driven insights through reports, dashboards, and visualisations to stakeholders.Work with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions that drive operational improvements.Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and database performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the reliability maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.Experience in designing and managing databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval for analysis. Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and statistical software (e.g., Python, R).Familiarity with preventive maintenance, reliability-centred maintenance (RCM), or asset management concepts is highly desirable.Strong understanding of SQL and data querying techniques.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
