This role involves overseeing the development and testing of scalable technical solutions, managing complex data projects, providing expert advice, and mentoring a young and dynamic team to ensure long-term success.QualificationsProven expertise in providing high-level technical advice on data engineering workloads and data architecture to senior management and external stakeholders, with an understanding of their strategic implications.Demonstrated ability to advocate for advancing the maturity and awareness of data analytics within an organization, driving improvement initiatives.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information succinctly and accurately to diverse audiences. Proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with staff and stakeholders in a professional and tactful manner.Strong experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, fostering networks, alliances, and operational partnerships. Skilled in negotiating and liaising with stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.Comprehensive understanding of data management, data security, cloud computing principles, data warehousing concepts, and agile project management practices.
