THE ROLE With the ongoing growth of iLA , we are now seeking a Data Administrator to work on our innovative programs. You will provide support to iLA's program data assets, including products and activities spreadsheets and databases, with a focus on quality assurance and data cleaning for iLA's digital platforms.
KEY TASKS INCLUDE: Preparing and sorting documents for data entryEntering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputtedResolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documentsCreating data backups as part of a contingency plan (as required)Working with the Content Writer to maintain quality standards of informationPublishing and editing iLA's digital platforms via content management systems.ABOUT YOU: For this position, we are looking for vibrant professional with excellent ITC skills, who are organised, approachable and driven to deliver great outcomes and enjoy a team environment.
