Data Administrator

The Company: Federal Government body based in Sydney has an immediate requirement for a senior Data Administrator for a 6-month contract.
You must be Sydney based (3 days per week in office) and ideally have Baseline Clearance or at a minimum, Australian Citizenship.
The Role: Be a conduit between internal and external stakeholders regarding data administration and collection including providing top level support, guidance and resolution of issues.
Key areas of responsibilities: Be the first point of contact to both internal and external stakeholders and & third parties including phone calls, registrations and deadline driven activities regarding data collection.
Manage data collection processes.
Be a conduit between internal and external entities and provide support and troubleshooting as required.
Data Entry.
Provide technical help on queries pertaining to data collection.
Manage BAU processes including providing ideas for improvements and mitigating issues.
Work with internal and external parties to ensure that internal and external reporting obligations and deadlines are met.
Required Skillset: Strong customer support with the ability to work with external entities to ensure deadlines are met and assist with a quick resolution when deadlines are not adhered to.
Demonstrated expertise in data administration & processes including at the enterprise level.
Process orientated with ability to own processes autonomously.
Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder engagement and transparent communication.
You must be an Australian Citizen to be considered for this role, ideally with Baseline Clearance.
