Immediate Start: We're seeking someone who can hit the ground running on an initial temporary basis, with a strong potential to transition to a permanent role within 3-6 months.
Hourly Rate: $34.00 + super Hybrid Work: 3 days from home, 2 days in the office Hours of Work: 8.30am - 5.00pm What We're Looking For: A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for learning and developing in an administrative role Quick adaptability to a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills, with comfort in communicating via phone and email Excellent attention to detail when handling customer data and internal processes Your Role: As a Junior Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, gaining valuable experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities: Accurate input and updating of client profile information Updating policy agreements Handling customer service inquiries when needed Processing new policies Creating and managing invoices We're conducting interviews ASAP, with the role starting immediately.
