We are looking for a Data Administration Manager (MDM Manager) to lead a high-performing team ensuring top-tier data quality on our platform, driving data governance for billing accuracy, and minimizing carrier claims.
The role focuses on team development, continuous improvement, and maintaining positive relationships within efm and with our business partners.


Requirements Ensure robust systems and data governance controls are in place, including maintaining documented process maps, procedure manuals of all processes, and relevant training to the broader business.Accountable for the completeness, timeliness and accuracy of MDM case requests.Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all issues are managed smoothly as relevant to the team.Manage and oversee the training and development of the MDM team.Conduct monthly formal performance reviews in line with efm's performance objectives, including KPI, Key Responsibilities management, and associated reporting regarding the efficiency and quality of the functions.Provide required analysis and reporting to Senior Management.Instigate and implement process improvements and initiatives, including technology and best business practices.Ensure new carriers and customers are "on boarded" in an accurate and timely manner to maximise revenue and minimise billing errors.About you: Minimum 2 years' experience in team management within a growing dynamic organisation.Expertise in Business Analysis, Master Data Management, or similar.Transport/Logistics Industry experience beneficial but not essential.Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support professional development.Proven experience leading change, including IT system transitions and driving continuous improvement.Ability and willingness to take a practical approach and undertake work at an operational level.Strong system, data, and analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement.
