About the Role Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client's site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficiently handling and sorting of mails, ensuring its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.
Scope of the role includes: General administrative duties specifically data entry Mail sorting and distribution Mail and courier pickups and deliveries to various points in multiple sites Preparation of mailbags for internal and interstate offices Courier bookings and lodgements with various courier companies Dealing with customer enquiries Respond to incoming calls in the mailroom promptly and professionally Maintain office equipment, office supplies and stationery Light cleaning duties Assist with filing and maintenance document files Data entry and general administrative duties Some heavy lifting may be involved.
About you For you to be successful in this role, you should display a positive "can-do" attitude and must be a highly reliable individual.
You should have a keen eye for details and always work with accuracy with a good level of computer literacy.
You have the desire to deliver and exceed our client expectations.
Key Skills and experience include: Must have obtained an Australian Citizenship at the time of submitting your application.
Must have a previous mailroom experience and familiar with working in an office environment.
Computer literacy (particularly with using Microsoft Word and Excel) High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills Must be able to work autonomously.
The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards.
Punctual, reliable and hardworking Fit and able to lift large packages.
