About the position This position is required to provide effective operations supervision and field management of the day to day maintenance activities to meet both internal and external customer needs for the pipeline related operations. The position is responsible for ensuring that all field activities are carried out in a safe manner and with regard to sound environmental management practices. The position is also responsible for the supervision of field operations and maintenance of Verbrec's assets in line with the operations & maintenance schedule. You will be also responsible for:
Working within the policies, procedures, and guidelines of the Verbrec HSE and Quality Management Systems including The Verbrec WayDemonstrating Verbrec focus and priority on HSE to our team members and to our clientsPromote safety in all aspects of field operations and monitor the wellbeing of field staffPromote a "safety for you and your workmates" environment and cultureReview safety and environmental corrective actions and facilitate implementationCoordinate field staff rehabilitation activities in conjunction with the Rehabilitation & Return to Work CoordinatorAbout You To be successful in this role, you will have:
