In this newly established role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with the organisation's growth, vision, and values.
This position provides a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, to develop and execute HR policies and initiatives that promote a positive, culturally aware workplace. You will be responsible for supporting workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and managing employee relations across the organisation.
