What Your Day Will Look Like….
In this role, you'll be at the heart of ensuring quality across Darling Downs Health's Residential Aged Care Facilities. You'll collaborate with staff to ensure they're well-prepared for accreditation processes, guiding them through compliance and safety standards. Your day will involve assessing current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating changes to enhance service delivery. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to maintain strong quality frameworks, support staff in implementing and evaluating improvement projects, and ensure that best practices are consistently applied. Your expertise will drive change, from reviewing procedures to re-engineering business systems, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
