What Your Day Will Look Like…. As a Nurse Unit Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the clinical and operational leadership of your unit. Your day will be a blend of high-level decision-making and hands-on involvement, from guiding your team through complex patient care scenarios to overseeing the application of best practices in nursing.
