What Your Day Will Look Like…. You will begin your day by stepping into a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where you'll work closely with consumers, carers, and your healthcare colleagues. Your core responsibility will be assessing and delivering tailored exercise programs, addressing both clinical and personal goals for individuals with complex mental health needs. Throughout the day, you'll apply your high-level exercise physiology knowledge to develop, implement, and evaluate interventions that enhance physical and mental health outcomes. You'll lead clinical discussions, contribute to service development, and provide mentorship to less experienced team members, ensuring high standards across all practices. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding continuous service improvements and advancing the field through research and education.
