What Your Day Will Look Like…. In this role, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver patient-centered care, overseeing the coordination of complex cases while ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice. You'll provide guidance and mentorship to Registered Nurses and Assistants in Nursing, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge. You'll be responsible for managing a quality portfolio, participating in clinical audits, and contributing to continuous improvement. With a strong focus on patient safety and care outcomes, you'll also work on resource management, supporting both operational and clinical needs. Additionally, you'll play a key role in fostering a positive, learning-focused environment, offering support and leadership that empowers both patients and staff to thrive.
