What Your Day Will Look Like….
Each day in this role offers a dynamic blend of clinical care, teamwork, and leadership. You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health assessments and developing tailored care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. While ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care, you will model Darling Downs Health values, uphold legislative responsibilities (including mandatory child protection reporting), and work within a recovery-focused framework to deliver optimal outcomes for your clients. You'll also play a key role in mentoring staff, maintaining safe practice standards, and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
