About the role We require a motivated and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team to help continue our growth.
Responsibilities of the role Determine and define project scope and objectives Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently. Prepare quotes based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs to meet the budget Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Benefits and perks Great team environment Varied work across multiple industries Employee of the Year for 2022 awarded Harley Davidson Motorcycle Skills and experience Trade qualified in Fabrication or Mechanical is a Must 5-8 years of project management experience Current Drivers Licence Willing to work overtime Ability to work autonomously Good communications skills Proven ability to solve problems creatively Experience seeing projects through the entire life cycle Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and highly resourceful Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong multitasking and time management skills are essential Capacity to deal with pressure Apply today Do you have the right to work in Australia?
