Key Responsibilities Scheduling and rostering Support Workers ensuring consistent and quality service provision to our clients. Arranging client services in accordance to care plans. Providing clear communication to support staff and clients. Upholding meaningful, professional relationships with clients, support workers, families, and external stakeholders. Liaising with relevant health care professionals and other services to support co-ordination of care for our clients. Maintaining the integrity of data within management systems to ensure accurate rostering. To be successful in the role, you will be a well-presented, highly empathetic and compassionate person who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications 1 year previous scheduling experience in a community health setting Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills to develop effective working relationships, promote services and resolve client issues Demonstrated administration skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment High level computer literacy (MS Office applications and CMS; preferably Procura) Exceptional time management and organizational skills for prioritising your own workload and meeting conflicting deadlines in a busy and demanding environment Exceptional customer service skills and a confident, professional phone manner Ability to work autonomously and also within a collaborative scheduling team Excellent computer literacy with an ability to learn and embrace new technology solutions NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain) This is a full-time role located in our Marden Head Office.
