Dairy Technician

Senior Dairy Farm Hand position available on a 500 cow family owned & operated dairy farm located in Byrneside, Victoria (20km's from Shepparton) The farm is set on 1200 acres of irrigates pastures & crops across 4 properties The dairy is a 50 stand modern rotary with automatic cup removers, milk metres, automatic teat spray & automatic draft Working closely with the owner & manager, we are seeking an experienced farm hand capable of working in a team and independently.
The successful candidate will be required to have skills in the following areas: Milking & milk quality Operation of the mixer wagon and deliver balance mixes to the herd Fencing Weed Management Machinery Operation (sowing, mowing, spraying, loader wagon, effluent spreading etc.)
Irrigation Stock Handling (drenching, vaccinations etc.)
