Echuca, Shepparton & Goulburn Valley VIC We are a dedicated and passionate family-owned dairy farm near Nanneella in norther Victoria, operating with a herd of 400-500 cows. Committed to profitability, sustainability and the well-being of our animals, we are seeking a proactive Dairy Farm Manager to join our business. The manager will be working closely alongside the farm owner and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our partial mixed rotion and grazing farm, overseeing and participating in a mix of hands-on farm work and staff management.KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of daily farm operations, including animal care, milking, feeding, machinery operation and grazing. Ensure adherence to high standards of animal welfare, efficiency and safety.Staff Management: Foster positive and productive team environment while managing staff schedules and assignments.Strategic Decision-Making: Collaborate with the farm owners to provide input into strategic management decisions. Demonstrate leadership in implementing agreed-upon strategies and initiatives.
