Selection CriteriaDemonstrated high level competency in scheduling and/or rostering events in a large secondary school.Possess the knowledge or capacity to use timetabling and daily organiser software such as Edval.Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing information technology applications such as Microsoft Office 365, CASES 21, EduPay, and Compass.Ability to work within established guidelines, self-manage time, and solve issues as they arise.Ability to undertake various administration tasks in the main school office.RoleTHE HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE 7.00AM - 3.00PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
This role includes management responsibility for the delivery of professional support services, requiring cooperation with staff and the school community to achieve specific objectives.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure the provision of a range of administrative support functions for the Principal and teaching staff.Provide administrative support to external service providers as required.Manage the processing of student admissions, registrations, enrolments, and transfers.Provide required level of administrative support for school events, functions, and projects.Implement induction programs for new staff, volunteers, and other workers to the school.Who May ApplyIndividuals with the aptitude, experience, and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position.
