Location ProfileKeysborough Secondary College is a multi-campus school with one campus in Keysborough (Acacia Campus) and one in Springvale South (Banksia Campus). RoleThe position of Daily Organiser/Admin Support is full-time, ongoing and is College based, across two campuses. Hours of attendance are Monday to Friday from 7:00am - 3:06pm daily. A 6-month probationary period will apply to this role. Remuneration is in line with the VGSA2022 Education Support Class Salaries - Level 1, Range 3 commencing from $72,739 - $88,450 per annum. This position attracts a $4000 incentive payment across two years. The successful applicant will manage all Daily Organiser duties and assist the admin team when required. Experience with EdVal is desirable though not essential as training can be provided. ResponsibilitiesDAILY ORGANISER Management of Casual Relief Teachers (CRTs) and their effective integration into the school.Allocate each morning to cover classes and duties of absent staff.Liaise with teaching staff regarding work left for classes affected by teacher absences.Prepare accurate reports to the Leadership Team on staff covers.Ensure the Daily Operations report is up to date.Ensure CRT folders are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.Work with relevant staff to organise staffing for excursions and camps.Liaise with PD Coordinator to help manage Professional Development days.Provide relief and assistance to the Administration Office as required.Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to all staff operations.Be familiar with, and comply with, all College policies and procedures.Other duties as directed by the Business Manager, HR Manager and/or Principal Class Team.ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT Assist with lunch cover for reception when required.Provide routine clerical or other administrative support responsibilities.Maintain, enter and retrieve data from the school's IT systems.Support the preparation of standard routine internal and external communication.Liaise with parents regarding their student's absences.Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to all staff and student operations.Other duties as directed by the Business Manager, HR Manager and/or Principal Class Team.Who May ApplyIndividuals with the aptitude, experience and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position.
