We are actively sourcing an experienced Vendor and Contract Management Specialist to join our Digital & Technology (D&T) Team at St Vincent's.
Reporting to the National Director - Planning and Excellence and working closely with the Group Non-Clinical Procurement Manager - Group Procurement, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of vendor and contract management over D&T suppliers within St Vincent's.
This role can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and is available for immediate start on a Permanent Full-Time basis. Key responsibilities of the role: Develop, implement, improve and measure D&T vendor management activities across St Vincent's in focus areas such as Cyber Security, Operational, Project and moreGuide and support on vendor management strategies across tier 1 vendors in D&T to not only deliver exceptional vendor and contract management, but to also educate and support other areas of D&T vendor managementPilot the execution strategy of vendor onboarding from implementation to delivery and beyond, engaging closely with the vendors throughout to effectively maintain program deliverables on time and on budgetWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective vendor management strategies are implemented to reduce risk, maintain compliance and explore continuous improvement opportunitiesDevelop and adapt long term strategies and solutions regarding vendor and contract management to drive success across St Vincent'sThings that work for us: Proven detailed and extensive senior Vendor Management experience, preferably within the Healthcare sector or a similar, large and complex organisationDemonstrated track record supporting multiple projects or BAU works dealing directly with vendorsAnalytical problem-solving skills andTertiary and post graduate qualifications in commerce or a related, discipline (highly desirable)Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate and communicate with vendors and stakeholders at all levelsAbility to collaborate, manage and support on multiple priorities simultaneously and seamlessly while maintaining attention to detail in a high pressure environmentThings that work for you: Ability to visibly see your impact on the business and its serviceCompetitive salary packaging optionsDiscounted private health insuranceEmployee Assistance Program for staff and their familiesAccess to the Fitness Passport (FP)Why become part of St Vincent's Health Australia Because there is so much heart here.
