Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in Maintenance plumbing (outside of apprenticeship) (Maintenance Team) Minimum 2 years experience in Commercial plumbing (outside of apprenticeship) (Commercial & Civil Team) Experience with inground civil and hydraulic services (Commercial & Civil Team) Experience in leading and coordinating projects Current QLD Plumbing Licence and Construction White Card Drivers Licence High level organisational skills, able to forecast project works, organise materials, and communicate with onsite principal contractor teams.
Licences & Certifications for Civil Earthmoving, EWP, High Risk Work, WAH, Confined Space would be highly regarded but not essential.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Ability to read detailed construction plans Effectively document works and liaise with clients about onsite workflow Effectively use project management systems (i.e.
Simpro, 1Breadcrumb) Communicate with all stakeholders/clients/colleagues both verbally and via email.
Lead and co-ordinate projects to a high standard in both efficiency and workmanship.
