D365 Technical Consultant- CRM and Power Platform SpecialistOur client is a leading financial services organisation seeking a D365 Technical Consultant to develop customized solutions and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the CRM system is configured and tailored to meet specific needs.Key Responsibilities :Design and develop applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model Driven Apps tailored for CRM functions.Apply best practices in low-code development within Dynamics 365 to create efficient and scalable solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM functionalities across all Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).Manage version control and project workflows using Git and Azure DevOps.Implement best practices for both Managed and Unmanaged Solutions in Dynamics 365.Utilize Dynamics Customer Insights and the Journeys Marketing module to drive real-time marketing initiatives.Integrate Microsoft Azure cloud services (e.g., directory services, service bus, web services) with Dynamics 365.Work with Data Factory and Web APIs to enhance data integration and reporting capabilities.Skills and Experience :Proven experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.Familiarity with Dynamics Customer Insights and real-time marketing capabilities.Proficient in using Git and Azure DevOps.Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services and their integration with Dynamics 365.Knowledge of Data Factory and Web API integration is a plus.What's on offer :Competitive bonus structureIf you are interested in this role, please click the ' APPLY ' button or send your CV to (email protected) for a confidential discussion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
