D365 Senior Solution Architect

Level 9, 60 Marcus Clarke Street, Canberra, ACT 2601, AustraliaThe Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Senior Solutions Architect is responsible for designing andimplementing scalable, integrated solutions focusing on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMplatform. This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and the technicalteam to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and design of complex solution components (e.g., integration,security, custom development) on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.Understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions, utilising best practices and design patterns.Perform hands-on coding when necessary and create prototypes to prove out solutions.Create and maintain comprehensive solution architecture documents and technicalspecifications.Work closely with the development team to ensure the design and development alignwith the architecture and business requirements.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers to ensure high quality.Lead technical meetings and workshops with stakeholders, project teams, and clients.Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues in development, test, andproduction environments.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degreepreferred.8+ years of experience with CRM software, including at least 5 years of experience withMicrosoft Dynamics 365.Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and API.Experience with Azure services is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Additional InformationApplications for this position are open to Australian Citizens; you must either hold or be able to obtain baseline clearance.
