Underpinning our core services and unique offering sits our technology platforms and initiatives, delivered through in-house Application, Programming, Testing, Development and Business Intelligence teams.The Opportunity:We are seeking a Senior Microsoft D365 Functional Consultant – Field Services to join our team, responsible for the design, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the Field Services space. This role will focus on creating strategic product roadmaps that align with business goals and drive continuous product growth over the long term. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to balance strategic, tactical, and technological considerations to deliver seamless digital experiences and measurable commercial outcomes.Key Responsibilities:IT Service Delivery & Operations:Lead requirements workshops, assess scope, and recommend appropriate solutions.Manage all project phases (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Data Migration, and Deploy).Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.Product Development & Implementation:Work closely with project teams to design scalable and sustainable solutions.Deliver high-quality business solutions that adhere to Microsoft Dynamics best practices.Maximize the use of out-of-the-box (OOB) features and design custom solutions for identified gaps.Collaborate with development teams to ensure quick delivery and optimal use of resources.Oversee the full delivery of Dynamics 365 capabilities, including requirements, functionality, and design.To be considered for this role you will have / be:Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification (highly desirable).Certifications in relevant Dynamics 365 domains (e.g., Finance & Operations, Field Service, Business Central) are highly preferred.5+ years of experience working within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting D365 Field Services.Successful track record of end-to-end D365 implementations for medium to large customers, ideally across multiple Dynamics verticals.Proficient in gap analysis, gathering requirements, and transforming business needs into technical solutions.Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or similar iterative practices.Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SSIS, and Azure.Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, Power Apps, Dual Write, and MS Flows.Full Australian working rights.What's on offer:Exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic IT team.Permanent secure role within growing FM organisation.Hybrid working model (WFH 2 days a week).Free onsite parking when in office.If you would like to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.Please apply by sending an updated resume and cover letter.
