The Opportunity: The Senior Microsoft D365 Functional Consultant will play a key role in designing, delivering, and evolving Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the Business Central space. This position involves creating a product roadmap that aligns with strategic objectives, ensuring continuous product growth, and balancing technical, tactical, and commercial considerations to achieve seamless digital experiences for customers.
As a product expert, you will support the delivery of the Dynamics roadmap and ensure that the products are set up for long-term success. You will collaborate with delivery teams to drive solution planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities: IT Service Delivery & Operations:
Lead requirements workshops, assess scope, and recommend appropriate solutions.Manage all project phases (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Data Migration, and Deploy).Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.Product Development & Implementation:
Work closely with project teams to design scalable and sustainable solutions.Deliver high-quality business solutions that adhere to Microsoft Dynamics best practices.Maximize the use of out-of-the-box (OOB) features and design custom solutions for identified gaps.Collaborate with development teams to ensure quick delivery and optimal use of resources.Oversee the full delivery of Dynamics 365 capabilities, including requirements, functionality, and design.To be considered for this role you will have / be: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification (highly desirable).Certifications in relevant Dynamics 365 domains (e.g., Finance & Operations, Field Service, Business Central) are highly preferred.5+ years of experience working within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting D365 Business Central.Successful track record of end-to-end D365 implementations for medium to large customers, ideally across multiple Dynamics verticals.Proficient in gap analysis, gathering requirements, and transforming business needs into technical solutions.Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or similar iterative practices.Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, SSIS, and Azure.Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, Power Apps, Dual Write, and MS Flows.Full Australian working rights.What's on offer: Exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic IT teamPermanent secure role within growing FM organisationHybrid working model (WFH 2 days a week)Free onsite parking when in officeIf you would like to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.
