What you'll be doing Atturra is looking for a full-time Microsoft D365 (CRM) Senior Functional Consultant to work within our Cloud Business Solutions Business Unit, to design and build systems and applications for Atturra's customers.

The ability to work in a cohesive team (Atturra and the client team) is important for this role.
The person in this role will be tasked with evaluating end-user business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and developing and implementing the appropriate technical solutions.
Responsibilities: Managing a pipeline of MS Dynamics projects under the direction of the General Manager and Principal ConsultantWorking on Pre-sales opportunities, preparing and configuring Dynamics 365 and demoing to the customerUndertake client facing workshops to understand client requirementsCollecting & Analysing business processes, Documentation, Mapping the requirements and proposing suitable solutionsUndertake product customisation and configuration in line with business requirementsProviding solution overview training to business users explaining Dynamics 365 and Power Platform functionality across various modules and processesAbility to support the testing team during SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod and Production EnvironmentsTesting the end-to-end product scenarios in line with product standards and resolving conflicts with the help of the technical teamProviding post implementation and ongoing production supportPreparing end user manuals and user trainingMonitor, troubleshoot and provide analysis for issues raised by customersAssist in deployments to Power Platform environmentsWhat will make you successful in this role? 6 + years of Dynamics CRM experienceMicrosoft D365/Power Platform Certifications highly regardedMust be an Australian Citizen as a minimumMust have effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to effectively recognise and adapt to changeAbility to work independently and in a team environmentHigh level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivatedStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community
