Reporting to the Application Manager, as a Functional Lead, D365 Finance & Supply Chain (SCM), you will be accountable for the lifecycle development of the core Enterprise Application, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO D365 F&O) from concept stage to delivery with effective stakeholder management.
You will be accountable for successful delivering the agreed FY25 ERP Roadmap.
You'll play a key role in designing, configuring, and customising the Dynamics 365 platform, particularly for Finance and Operations modules.
You will ensure the right design, build and testing methodologies / processes are for a successful execution of projects and sprints.
You will be collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, develop effective solutions, and ensure seamless integration across the organisation.
You enjoy challenges and can manage multiples projects through its entire lifecycle with the team and business We want you to: • Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 ERP FinOps solutions as per business needs • Deliver the IT strategic Initiatives & ERP Roadmap FY 25 and the associated sprint plan • Lead requirements gathering workshops and own the solution deployment through to go-live • Leverage DevOps to capture, track and deliver all requirements • Work closely with CE Functional lead and the offshore delivery team to deliver business outcomes • Keep the ERP platform up-to-date and manage the application life cycle development, maintenance and version upkeep • Collaborate with Vendor partners on any approved customisations by clearly defining the scope and timelines • Ensuring D365 FinOps continues to operate in good health and all support incidents are addressed in a timely manner • Ensure the ERP platform meets operational and reporting needs • Optimise the system for performance, scalability, and security • Ensure you create and foster a high performance culture within your team • Experience in solution testing including test case management and documentation • Excellent written, communication, documentation and customer service skills • Strong customer focus, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders • Self-Motivated to work independently to deliver business outcomes • The ability to communicate at all levels within a business including at an Executive level.
You must have: • 5 to 10+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 FinOps and Supply Chain solutioning, architecture and delivery.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, especially Supply Chain and Advanced Warehouse Management.
• Strong understanding of D365 system architecture, data models, and business processes.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience in data migration.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and deadlines.
